If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement. So, hang tight! In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise. Your item will be exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:
- You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.
- The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact.
- A copy of the original sales receipt is included.
