The purpose of this letter is to provide a summary of the conditions of the required
agreement. We’d recently made some modifications to the platform, & therefore we arerequesting that all vendors who wish to continue working with Buy HebrewLLC, to carefullyread over the agreement, sign it, & return it back to us asap. Thank you, we value your
partnership!

TOPIC OF AGREEMENT

“Vendor & Customer Relations”
The terms of this agreement relate to the vendor's and the customer's interactions withrespect
to: refunds, returns, exchanges, and shipping. We are taking on the role of a third party, & any of the items on the aforementioned list arenot our responsibility. In the event that there is a problem relating to these matters, iBuyHebrew will send out a courtesy email and/or SMS to all parties who are involved, inanattempt to resolve any issue that may occur. All duties and/or obligations fall under the
purview of the Vendor and Customer after the transaction have been completed on the
website. Let's all do our share to create a joyful and secure environment for everyone!

TERM AND TERMINATION
The Agreement went into effective on 03/23/2023, & shall remain in effect until: “Ongoing”,
or until the Vendor decides to part ways. By signing, both parties acknowledge, & agree to the terms that’s written in this letter!
